Can I change my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we'll amend it where we can. Once it's with the courier we can't change the contents.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. After dispatch, use the returns process instead.
Where is my confirmation email?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there after 30 minutes, contact us with the email address you used.
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is 2–4 working days. Express options are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Is tracking included?
Every order ships tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is scanned.
How do I return an item?
Start a return from your account within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your return arriving, then 3–5 days to appear with your bank.
Can sale items be returned?
Yes, sale items follow the same 30-day return window unless marked final sale on the product page.
How do the caps fit?
Caps are one size with an adjustable rear fastening, fitting roughly 54–60cm.
Are clothing items true to size?
Tees are true to size. Hoodies are cut relaxed — size down if you prefer a regular fit.
How should I wash embroidered products?
Machine wash cold inside out and avoid tumble drying. Spot clean structured headwear only.
Will sold-out products restock?
Core pieces usually restock. Limited-edition drops are not guaranteed to return — set a restock alert on the product page.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are planned at launch. The active list is shown at checkout.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes, apply it in your bag or at checkout. One code per order unless stated otherwise.
Are payments secure?
Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Card details are never stored on this site.
