30 days to change your mind.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
How to return
Contact us with your order reference and we will issue return instructions and a returns label where applicable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Request an exchange and we will reserve the replacement while your return is in transit, subject to stock.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of your return being received and inspected.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
